In 2018, Spoonbill Partners has been responsible for the funding of over $100 mm in 1st trust deed mortgages. While using our network of real estate agents, escrow officers and title companies Spoonbill Partners is able to approve and close quickly and efficiently. Closings will occur with loan officers and escrow agents based on the respective state where various laws may apply. In the residential space we've successfully funded owner and non owner occupied homes, land and developments deals as well mulitple refinances. These transactions have varied in location from west to east coast of the us and most recently moved into western canadian markets. We maintain our goal of concentrating on borrowers that dont fit into the restrictive qualifications of traditional banks while primarily focusing on the asset and its underwriting.
